Half-Day Retreat
This end-of-program retreat is highly recommended to Introduction to Meditation participants. It provides an opportunity for both an immersive experience that combines all of our weekly practices, allowing for deeper embodiment of the practice and rejuvenation.
The half-day retreat is also the final celebration to mark the completion of your journey through learning mindfulness meditation.
Retreat dates will be announced each season with one online option and one in-person in the West Kootenays.
