When We Meditate…
When we meditate, we meet the edges of ourselves that we would otherwise bump up against throughout the day.
Here are some guideposts to meditate:
Soften the tension
Release the attachment
Breath deeply
Be gentle and kind to you
Notice: “Hmmm, this is how it is right now”
When you get lost, coming back slowly, again and again, with patience and a beginner’s mind
Hear your inner wisdom
Come back home
Practice not perfection
Spend as long as you need
